A Unique Wellbeing Escape in Crooked Brook

Nestled in the heart of Crooked Brook’s serene countryside in Western Australia, Taffy and his friends invite you to experience a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, through our Equine Assisted Wellbeing sessions.

Equine Assisted Wellbeing is a unique yet impactful way to support your mental and emotional health through meaningful, hands-on interactions with horses.

It’s not about riding, it’s about grounding yourself in the present moment, finding peace, and exploring new ways to thrive with the gentle guidance of our miniature horses.

  • We have loved every visit. We look forward to it every weekend and it helps regulate us. As people with disabilities and trauma, it is hard to find places we feel safe but this a wonderful safe place for us and we are so grateful for it. 🐴💕

  • We feel so lucky to have found Tracey from Giddy up Taffy to work with our daughter. She is a softly spoken, gentle girl with autism and she has had a really tough year with losing her confidence and becoming quite anxious. It has been so beautiful to watch her confidence grow working alongside Tracey and the smile returning to her face after each session. It is teaching her soft nature to hold firm boundaries with the ponies and bringer her so much joy with her growing connection to the ponies and nature ✨

  • Ive found that working with Tracey and the horses has helped me build my confidence. I work with her once a week, its now the highlight of my week. She helps me build up my confidence working with the horses and gives me strategies for problems I face at home or school. The horses are very well trained and wouldn't hurt a fly. I enjoy all the little activities we do and am very grateful for having Tracey and her horses for support, it has really opened my eyes.

  • Tracy, Taffy and crew have become such a lovely part of my shifts together with my client Laura. Tracy is so warm and welcoming and her willingness to change up the plan if needed is like no other. Tracy provides a safe & calm environment, along with her gentle 4 legged friends. How lucky we are that Tracy has brought such a wonderful service to the disabled community of the South West. Thankyou Tracy!
