About Us
In the serene countryside of Boyanup, Western Australia, Giddy Up Taffy and Friends provides equine-assisted wellbeing sessions with our gentle mini horses.
Our trauma and neurodivergent-informed sessions honor each person's unique journey, allowing clients to explore self-regulation and build confidence through organic interactions with our mini horses. Founded by registered nurse and midwife Tracey Booth, we blend professional healthcare experience with the natural healing presence of horses to create meaningful connections and support for all who visit.
Why Horses?
Horses possess remarkable sensitivity to human emotions and behaviour. Through their natural mirroring abilities, they help clients become more aware of their own emotions and actions. This creates opportunities for self-regulation and emotional processing in a gentle, organic way.
